Sending product for un-gating photos

Ungating yourself for a brand or category is a great way to have an edge on other sellers and be one of few to sell a line of products. Unlock more opportunities and sales with ungating. We suggest sending 10 products from the brand you wish to "Ungate"

Steps to get pictures of your invoice and product:

Add the products you are looking to purchase to our software, by adding the items in the Inventory page
Name the SKU UNGATING "Product Name" - This SKU is temporary.. Once you are ungated on Amazon you will add the inventory to Shipdif with a new listing and an ASIN that correlates with the product.
Purchase your product and send it to us with a Unique Shipment Identifier.
Create an inbound shipment on our software with the products you wish to Ungate.
Name the shipment UNGATING PHOTOS "Unique Shipment Identifier", add your email you wish us to send the photos to in the Shipment Comments
Once your product arrives we will take photos immediately and send them your way. The product will then be stored. Let us know what you would like to do next with the product (send to home, or return to supplier)

Sending Your Products to Shipdif to Be Prepped & Shipped to Amazon

Create your Unique Shipment Identifier for the day (the format for this code has been emailed to you from your Onboarding Manager)
Purchase your sourced products using the identifier in the shipping address (we recommend the secondary address part or your name field)
Head into your inventory on our portal. Create an Inbound shipment by check marking SKUs you would like to send. Check mark the SKUs and hit the drop down "Actions" menu to Add to an inbound shipment.
Name the shipment your Unique Shipment Identifier for the day & edit the quantities you are sending us from your suppliers.
If you are done buying for the day hit "Save & View Shipment"
Add any notes you think your Shipment will need
When everything looks OK click "Add Tracking Numbers" and click "No Tracking Numbers"
You are done! Shipdif will take care of the rest.

NOTE: Team members are trained to only ship items to Amazon when a minimum of 20 units have been received. You must create an outbound shipment with your units if you have less than 20 received. We do this to help save you money on shipping costs to Amazon and make to make sure team members time is spent prepping product in the most effici
